As an Account Manager / Relationship Management / Customer Success, you proactively manage all our accounts from onboarding through the fruition of the relationship. You are the primary contact for our clients when it comes to non-technical questions, coordinating all the resources necessary to resolve issues and promote success. You start each day excited to establish new relationships while continuing to nurture existing ones with your executive and administrative contacts. You love interacting with people and establish a rapport easily.


Your excellent communication skills are an essential part of your success, as you spend a lot of time chatting with clients on the phone, online, or through email. As you listen to the IT needs of clients, you effectively explain how our services can satisfy those needs, becoming a trusted advisor. You have become a subject matter expert (SME) on all things Iconic It, including migration, integration, reporting, service, and sales. You advocate for your clients, motivating internal resources to prioritize critical client needs and meet deadlines.


You build and present quarterly business reviews / strategic business reviews (QBR/SBR) to each client's executive level. These include a summary of the services that we provided for them over the past quarter/strategic period as well as recommendations to further improve their IT department. You talk through business objectives, IT-related budget items, future planning, and business goal alignment. You also work with our internal Project Managers to ensure all project opportunities are identified, coordinated, quoted, sold, and executed.


Though you love interacting with people, you are also organized and goal-oriented. You effectively use CRM software to manage your relationships with clients. Using your analytical side, you proactively forecast sales and carefully plan out your month, quarter, and year. You also maintain contracts, managing the profitability of agreements. You are organized and manage your time effectively in order to regularly achieve goals. Helping companies succeed while seeing your efforts pay off in your paycheck gives you a sense of accomplishment.




  • 2+ years of experience in account management or project management roles
  • Ability to become a subject matter expert in the Managed Services space
  • Ability to become an expert on all things Iconic It
  • Ability to ensure client satisfaction in order to retain clients
  • Excellent relationship management and sales skills
