A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES COORDINATOR

As our Sales Coordinator, you use your deep understanding of the managed service provider (MSP) sales cycle to manage a team of nationwide account executives. Acting as a point of reference for both them and their prospects, you provide scheduling, feedback, documentation, and information. You take responsibility for achieving goals and maintaining positive client relations while inspiring account executives to live up to their full potential and ensuring they follow-through with leads.

By providing continual individualized support to the teams, you are able to ensure that goals are met. You establish active communication with account executives to ensure that leads are processed promptly and deals are closed. Using your exceptional organizational skills, you manage schedules, file important documents, and communicate relevant information. You keep an accurate and up-to-date prospect database and call log. Using EOS meetings and project planning practices, you drive your team's focus and results.

Part of your success in sales management is a result of your willingness to attend essential training meetings and develop a real understanding of all Iconic IT services and core values. You are also goal-oriented and collaborative, always looking for ways to improve and optimize. Working with the team, you create a 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year plan and implement processes to achieve it. You collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings to create and maintain month-end reports.

You develop and implement a strategic plan for the rapid scaling of operational capacity through automation, process improvements, or other productivity measures while maintaining high-quality standards, rapid response times, high reliability, and cost-effective operations. You review sales-related contacts, equipment, documents, and materials to ensure their adequacy. You get great satisfaction out of delivering agreed upon sales results and lead generation targets within budget!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SALES COORDINATOR

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of related experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in sales or administrative positions with a proven track record of success
  • Business line management experience in launching new technology products and scaling for growth and profitability
  • Expertise in defining and scaling operational processes, both internally and with external partners
  • Knowledge of outbound sales and the Traction/Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets using VLOOKUP and pivot tables
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM
  • Commitment to the mission, principles, and core values of Iconic IT
  • Ability to travel 30-40% of the year

WORK SCHEDULE

Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 8 am - 6 pm. Travel is required for 30%-40% of the year.
